The Rockson Community Development Corporation is a non-profit organization that promotes education, enhances employability, improves health and wellness and increases family stability through affordable housing, resident-focused programming, and community building in Ward 7, Washington, DC.

The Summit Learning Academy Foundation was established in 2006 to provide educational support systems for children in the area of academics. After-school and summer enrichment programs, funded in part by HUD sponsored community development block grants (CDBG), resulted in elevated test scores and an increase in proficiency levels amongst previously partially-proficient students in Summit, NJ.

The Dorchester and Roxbury area programs are managed by non-profit organizations established to improve the lives of the community members in and around these housing developments. Funded in part by community HUD grants, programs are currently being implemented to improve student performance and elevate academic achievement for students in Dorchester and Roxbury, MA.
